Our Answers

How about the capacity for one portion of a dish ?
Answer:
Around 900g for a Combo of $6.95 and around 1,200g for a Combo of $8.69.
Around 800g for an usual dish. The capacity of one portion of fried rice is enough
for 2 persons usually. Besides, all the containers are always filled as much as possible,
so soup could spill over sometimes. Please excuse for this kind of spill.
Since we fill
the maximum of food, our custumers often response first "Woops, so heavy" when holding
the food and response again "Ok, the food looks like buffet and tasted very delicious"
after eating.

Please tell your delevery range and charge policy.
Answer:
Free delivery on food order over $16.00 before taxes and one way within 3 km distance.
Delivery is available on orders over $10.00 before taxes and a $2.00 delivery
charge is applied on orders between $10.00 to $16.00

3.
How long time does it take to get my food after ordering?
Answer:
From Monday to Thursday, 30-40 minutes is guaranteed for the range of 4 km far
from our restaurant, otherwise within 60 minutes for over 4 km far.
From Friday to Sunday, 40-60 minutes is needed usually for 4 km far during
5:00pm-8:00pm or some important holiday celebrations. 90 minutes are not exceeded
for over 4 km far.

Where is your restaurant located ?
Answer:
Titus Street is located between Lacewood Dr and Dutch Village Rd. Our restaurant
is situated beside Blue Nose Convenience Store, 30 m north to KFC Chiken on Main Av.

5.
Can you meet my special requirement for my order ?
Answer:
Yes, you may have options to change some components in your food such as celery,
shrimp, pork and so on due to the reasons of erethism or religions. However, we
might keep the right not to accept your special requirement during rush hours at
weekens or holidays in order to ensure benefit of other majority, for which we are
very sorry to bring inconvenience to you.

6.
How to save money while ordering ?
Answer:
We have the following suggestions.
a) Please pay cash for favourable refund: 10% off for the order over $60
before tax and 5% off for $30-$60.
b) if you order just for one person, a Combo plate is econimical absolutely
even you have a very good appetite.
c) if you order for 2-4 persons, the order of Dinner for Two, Three or Four
should be a good choice certainly. For instance, for a party of 7 persons,
you may save another $8 beside 10% off for over $60 order, if you order a
Dinner for Three and a Dinner for Four,
instead of each components ordered separately.

Can I pay by my debt card or credit card at my door for a delivery ?
Answer:
Yes. We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa and MasterCard as payment for both delivery and eat in

May I change some components for Combination plates ?
Answer:
Yes, you can, but the price could be changed a little for different kinds and prices
of components, which our cashier could tell you while you are ordering.
Please refer to Question 5 for other cases.

Why to charge additional $1 for a half portin of a dish ?
Answer:
No matter one portion or a half portion, the labour and package materials cost
the same so additional $1 is charged for the half dish. However, no additional
fee is charged for Soo Gai and Chicken Ball, which needn't to stir-fry on stove.

Our family comes from the northern part of China - Beijing, which is the most famous
historic city, so we are different from other Chinese restaurants in Halifax,
extruding strong northern taste among verious taste styles of
Chinese food, which may show Chinese culture lasted for 5,000 years better.

of our dishes, which are made from special fills with special tastes.

We can serve in this way certainly without any service charge.

Why your food is thermal still like fresh dishes taken from stove just now even if
it takes one hour to deliver during rush hours in holidays or weekends ?
Answer:
While you wait for your food to be delivered we are stir-frying other dishes
before your order. When it is your turn but the driver has not come back we
can not start your food till the driver is back. Therefore, it only takes 10 minutes
or less to put into your hands after finishing cooking even if you had waited for one
hour (15-20 minutes for over 4 km far).
